WhatsApp gets the quickest answer. If your question is about an order you have already placed, please send your order number with the message so we can look it up straight away.

Questions we are asked most

  • How do I pay? Cash on delivery, across Pakistan. You pay the courier at your door, and nothing is charged before that.
  • How long will delivery take? Orders are handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after that.
  • What if the item is wrong or damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Sending photographs on WhatsApp lets us settle most cases the same day.
  • Do you deliver to my city? We deliver across Pakistan. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.
