Welcome to Apex Fit. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. General
- By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using it with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where we have reason to believe it is fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.
2. Products and prices
- We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens.
- Prices and availability can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price that applies.
3. Orders and payment
- All orders are subject to confirmation.
- Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when the order reaches you.
- Orders may be cancelled if the delivery details are incomplete or cannot be verified.
4. Shipping and delivery
- Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for detail.
5. Returns and refunds
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Full detail is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Once an order is with the courier it cannot be cancelled, but it can still be refused at the door or returned under our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design on this website belong to Apex Fit and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the product purchased. Exercise equipment must be assembled and used according to the instructions supplied; please consult a doctor before beginning a new training programme.
