Privacy policy

Apex Fit is an online shop selling fitness and home-gym equipment in Pakistan, run from Karachi. This page explains what we do with your information. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, delivery address, and your email address if you give one. We need these to pack your order, hand it to the courier, and reach you if something goes wrong with the delivery.

Because most orders are cash on delivery, we do not ask for and never see your card details. If you choose to pay in advance by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer, that payment happens outside this website and all we see is that it arrived.

When you browse the site, our systems also record ordinary technical information: which pages you looked at, roughly where in the country you are, and what device and browser you used.

Who we share it with

  • The courier. Your name, address and phone number go to the delivery company. They cannot deliver without them.
  • Shopify, which runs this website and stores our order records.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if you reached us through one of our advertisements. Meta receives information about what you did on the site so we can tell which ads are worth paying for.
  • Judge.me, which handles our product reviews. If you leave a review, the name you type is published with it.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not pass your phone number or address to other shops.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website leaves on your device. We use them to keep your basket working while you shop, and to measure our advertising. You can delete or block them in your browser settings, but the basket may stop working properly if you block them entirely.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are trading, because we may need them for accounts, tax, or a return. Everything else we keep only while it is useful.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Deleting an order record is not always possible where we are required to keep it for tax, but we will tell you that honestly rather than ignore you.

Children

This shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page, and the date below will change with it.
