Two. Every weight listed is a pair, and the weight shown is per dumbbell — so 3 KG means two 3 KG dumbbells, six kilos in the box.

Which weight is right for a beginner?

For general toning and shoulder work, 1 to 2 KG suits most women starting out and 3 to 4 KG most men. If you can do fifteen easy reps, the weight is too light.

Can I choose the colour?

No, colour is sent at random. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you need a particular one and we will tell you what we actually have.

Will they roll around on the floor?

No. The ends are hexagonal rather than round, so they sit still where you put them down.
