Frequently asked questions

Is this hard work or gentle?
Whatever you set it to. The resistance dial turns from very light to genuinely hard, which is why the same machine suits someone recovering from an injury and someone building stamina.
Will it slide around on the floor?
It has an anti-slip base and foot straps. On very smooth tile, put it against a wall or on a mat for your first few sessions until you find your rhythm.
Can I really use it at a desk?
Yes, that is most of the point. Under a desk it works your legs while you work; up on the desk it works arms and shoulders. Check your desk height leaves room for your knees.
Does it need assembling?
Only the pedals, and the tools come in the box. A customer on our Daraz store said it was easy to put together and arrived with everything needed.
