Frequently asked questions

Will it slim my thighs?
It strengthens and tones the muscles. You cannot lose fat from one chosen part of the body — that is not how it works, whatever an advert says. Overall activity and diet do that.
Is it only for inner thighs?
No. Squeeze it between the knees for inner thighs, press it from the outside for outer thighs and hips, or use it between the hands for chest and arms.
Can I use it for pelvic floor exercises?
It is commonly used that way. After childbirth or surgery, get your doctor's clearance first rather than starting on your own.
How many should I do?
Two or three sets of fifteen slow squeezes is a sensible start. Holding each squeeze for two seconds does more than rushing through fifty.
