Frequently asked questions

Is neck traction safe to do at home?
Gentle use is common, but the neck is not the place to experiment. If you have any diagnosed neck condition, nerve symptoms or arm numbness, speak to a doctor before using it at all.
How long should I use it for?
Start with two or three minutes on the lowest setting and build up slowly. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, tingling or pain going down an arm.
Will it help neck pain from phone and laptop use?
It relieves the stiffness. It does not change the posture causing it, so treat it as the easing part of a fix that also involves raising your screen and taking breaks.
Can I use it lying in bed?
Use it on a firm flat surface rather than a soft mattress, so the angle stays what you set it to. And never use it while falling asleep.
